So, not too long ago, I managed to get my hands on RPG Maker VX Ace, and I'm absolutely psyched about it. The last time I actually worked with an RPG Maker though, I was like... eleven, and it was for the Playstation One. I'm hoping the system hasn't changed too much, and with how much I've been messing around with it, it seems decently similar, though with quite a few changes...

Anyway, that's not the point I'm making. I've been brainstorming the past few days about what I'd like to make. What I've come up with is a Hetalia verse idea that I've become rather fond of. I plan on creating the "First Night" of the game and posting it up here to see what people think of it. The setting for the game is straightforward: a family manor that was converted into a hotel. I've got the design of the map figured out practically inch for inch. The game is going to play as a bit of a mystery-horror-thriller, (I admit, it was inspired by HetaOni, though the plots are entirely different,) with the player trying to figure out what's going on in this hotel and how to stop it.

I warn everyone right now, there will be APH!OCs. To be technical there will be Wales, Scotland, and North Ireland. The hotel staff will also be a handful of OCs as well. I know that will end up putting quite a few people off, but I feel it'll add more to the game than what it will take away. I'll also be using human names quite a bit after a while. I ask you now to please not argue with me on the names. There were only a handful of APH characters that were actually given human names, the rest the author simply didn't bother with. The names I picked were actually chosen by my friends and I after a lot of careful debating, and they're the names we choose to use. If you have a problem with that, then don't play the game, it's as simple as that.

Anyway, I've got no idea when I'll get the "First Night" demo finished and up. It probably won't be for a couple of months though, due to college and work. We'll see how inspired I get however...
